Menu I

 

Cold appetizer:
Smoked beef tartar with French mustard, chopped pickles and onion served with boiled quail’s egg

Hot appetizer:
Homemade dumplings stuffed with potatoes and white cheese served with sour cream and chive

Soup:
Traditional Polish „Żurek” soup served with egg and white sausage 

Main course:

Roast duck leg with baked apple, potato dumplings and plum sauce

Dessert:
Pears poached with white wine and cloves served with a scoop of vanilla  ice-cream

Menu II

with Polish alcohols tasting

 

Cold appetizer:

Smoked beef tartar with French mustard, chopped pickles, mushrooms and onion served with boiled quail’s egg
A shot (2,5 cl) of frozen vodka „Siwucha”

Hot appetizer:

Homemade dumplings stuffed with potatoes and white cheese served with sour cream and chive
Polish white wine tasting (7 cl)

Soup:
Traditional Polish „Żurek” soup served with egg and white sausage flavored with marjoram

Main course:

Roast duck leg served with baked apple, potato dumplings and plum sauce
Polish red wine tasting (9 cl)

Dessert:

Pears poached with white wine and cloves served with a scoop of vanilla  ice-cream
A shot (2,5 cl)  of homemade liqueur

Beverages:

Mineral water, tea, coffee
