Something special for all those who wish to taste the finest, traditional Polish cuisine. 5-course dinner, optionally enriched with Polish alcohols tasting, will take you to times when dinner was one of the most important events of the day in each Polish manor house.

 

 

Menu I

Cold appetizer:
Hand chopped beef tartar with groats mustard, truffle mayonnaise, marinated mushrooms and pickled cucumber

Hot appetizer:
Home-made dumplings stuffed with broad bean and bear’s garlic served with cottage cheese and dill

Soup:
Traditional Polish „Żurek” soup served with egg and white sausage flavored with marjoram and mushrooms 

Main course:

Roast duck leg with baked apple, potato dumplings and plum sauce

Dessert:
Baked rhubarb with vanilla and pistachio crumble

Beverages:
Mineral water, coffee, tea

Price: 140 pln per person

Cold appetizer with a shot (2,5 cl) of frozen vodka „Wyborowa”:
Hand chopped beef tartar with groats mustard, truffle mayonnaise, marinated mushrooms and pickled

Hot appetizer:
Home-made dumplings stuffed with broad bean and bear’s garlic served with cottage cheese and dill

Soup:
Polish style „Żurek” soup served in bread with quail eggs and white sausage

Main course:
with a shot (2,5 cl) of traditional vodka „Siwucha”

Roast duck leg with baked apple, potato dumplings and plum sauce

Dessert:
with a shot (2,5 cl) of honey vodka „Krupnik”
Baked rhubarb with vanilla and pistachio crumble 

Beverages:
Mineral water, coffee, tea
