Every Sunday, we invite all enthusiasts of delicious and healthy cuisine to Restaurant “Pasjami...” in Hotel Rezydent Sopot for ,,all you can eat” Sunday buffets.

Taking care of our Guests` well-being, the Executive Chef will present different menu every week, always based on a selection of fresh fish, lean meat and vegetables.


In the program:

  • All you can eat formula between 13.00 and 16.30
  • Live piano music between 13.00 and 15.00

Price: 75zł / person

Price includes unlimited buffet dishes and soft drinks as well as a carafe 0,5L of house wine per two persons.
Surcharge to wine & beer open bar - 20 PLN / person.

Children up to to 3 years old - free of charge, from 4 to 8 - 35 zł, from 9 - 75 zł

Starters:

  • Goose pàtè served with plum marmalade
  • Beef carpaccio with paprika pesto and Parmesan
  • Slices of roast pork neck with mustard sauce
  • Baltic salmon with sour cream and dill
  • Herring with vinegar , marinated chanterelles and lovage

Salads:

  • Salad of roast pumpkin with smoked duck and cranberries.
  • Salad with radish with baked paprika, capers and blue cheese
  • Baked vegetables salad with goat cheese and walnuts

Soups:

  • Cream of roast parsley and smoked garlic

Main courses:

  • Baked tilapia with caper sauce
  • Roast goose with wine sauce with cranberries
  • Roast beef with pepper sauce
  • Steamed gnocchi with tarragon butter
  • Baked potatoes with herbs
  • Steamed brussels sprouts

Desserts:

  • St. Martin’s twirl with poppy seeds
  • Carrot cake with delicacies
  • Ginger bread cake with marmalade

Beverages:

  • Coffee, tea
  • Mineral water, fruit juices
  • Carafe of house wine (0,5l) per two
