Every Sunday, we invite all enthusiasts of delicious and healthy cuisine to Restaurant “Pasjami...” in Hotel Rezydent Sopot for ,,all you can eat” Sunday buffets.

Taking care of our Guests` well-being, the Executive Chef will present different menu every week, always based on a selection of fresh fish, lean meat and vegetables.


In the program:

  • All you can eat formula between 13.00 and 16.30
  • Live piano music between 13.00 and 15.00

Price: 85zł / person

Price includes unlimited buffet dishes and soft drinks as well as a carafe 0,5L of house wine per two persons.
Surcharge to wine & beer open bar - 20 PLN / person.

Children up to to 3 years old - free of charge, from 4 to 8 - 40 zł, from 9 - 85 zł

Starters:

  • Sous-vide pork loin with mustard sauce
  • Pork tenderloin with caper salsa
  • Smoked herrings with truffle mayonnaise
  • Vol-au-vent with tuna paste
  • Baked zucchini with herbal salsa

Salads:

  • Salad with smoked chicken, celery and pear
  • Mixed salad leaves with vegetables.
  • Capreze with mozzarella and herbal oil

Soups:

  • Cream of carrots and baked apples

Main courses:

  • Baked plaice with chives sauce
  • Baked ham in own sauce
  • Potato cake with bacon
  • Gnocchi with thyme butter
  • Root vegetables with honey and herbs
  • Roasted cabbage with mushrooms and plums

Desserts:

  • Poppy seed cake
  • Bun with plums
  • Sliced fruit.

Beverages:

  • Coffee, tea
  • Mineral water, fruit juices
  • Carafe of house wine (0,5l) per two
