Amuse-bouche

Duck liver pâté served with buttery brioche with orange and pistachio chutney

Soup:
Creamy soup of yellow carrots and black turnip served with crushed nuts and parsley pesto

Intermezzo:
Lemon sorbet with Prosecco

Main course:
Duck breast sous-vide served with beetroot and goat cheese gratin, potato purée and orange sauce
Or
Fried zander fillet served with saffron and lemon risotto and shimeji mushrooms


Dessert:
Chocolate tart with caramelized oranges served with  a scoop of salty caramel ice cream

Beverages:
Mineral water, tea, coffee
